SCUBA DIVING, THE SPORT THAT KEEPS ON GIVING!

SCUBA DIVING, THE SPORT THAT KEEPS ON GIVING!

At the tender age of 8 years old, my late father introduced me to Scuba diving, something that for as long as I live, I will be incredibly grateful for.

Since that very first experience a flame of passion and curiosity was ignited within me and many years later, I look back at my life as a diver/diving instructor and cannot believe how lucky I am to have done and seen the wonders of the underwater world.

Now, I’m on the verge of giving my little 8 year old son his first taste of Scuba diving and hope that he will enjoy it as much as what I have enjoyed the experience that never ceases to amaze me.

Every dive is different, regardless of how many times you dive any given site, it will change not only from one day to the next but from one hour to the next, purely due to tidal movements.

Whether it is our bay, the turquoise waters of Kangaroo Island, the crystal clear waters of the Yasawas in Fiji, the wrecks of Truk lagoon or the deep sea water movements of the Humboldt Current hitting the Galapagos, no 2 dives are ever the same, hence every single experience is different to the next.

Photos, and memories of dives are precious gifts that will remain with us for the rest of our lives, creating points of interest and conversation with divers and non divers alike.

Giving someone the gift of learning to dive will change their life forever, every dive done will leave some sort of memory and impression on the individual, so why not consider giving someone special the ultimate gift that keeps on giving for Xmas?

You can purchase a dive course gift voucher and receive at that time the Open Water student pack to wrap up and place under the tree for Xmas from Scuba Culture.

The beneficiary of this gift in turn simply contacts us to discuss the course date and timetable suitable to their needs and we’re away!

Before you know it, you have a new dive buddy that can now share your passion and experiences.
