There are no refunds on purchased goods unless they are found to be defective by fault of manufacture. Purchased defective goods may be exchanged for the replacement of the same item or a credit note.

Unsuitable items may be returned in original condition within 1 week of purchase, in original un-damaged packaging along with the receipt for a full refund

Delivery Of Your Products

Delivery time takes up to 10 working days from the date your payment is received.
Scubaculture.com.au makes every effort to deliver your Product according to the estimated delivery time. The estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Public holidays.

Although every effort is made to ship your Order according to the estimated delivery times, estimated shipping times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your Product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

We will use all reasonable efforts to deliver your Products to you within the estimated delivery time; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. Title and risk of loss to all Products will pass to you on delivery.

Purchased products will be shipped via Australia post, in most cases either in pre-paid express post satchels or as packaged parcels depending on volume and weight.

Scuba Culture makes no guarantee as far as the shipping is concerned once in the hands of Australia Post. Orders of $200 value or more require insurance to be obtained for its delivery or for the order to be picked up from Scuba Culture.
